Motor Vehicle Accident

Our client was injured in two motor vehicle accidents. Liability was contested for one of the two accidents. After a full trial, our client was awarded funds to compensate her for her loss of capacity, injuries, and amounts to pay for a housekeeper, and for her cost of future care. Our client was awarded a sum total of $276, 612.76.


Negotiated Settlements

Slip and Fall

Our client sustained facial injuries, and injury to her tailbone when she slipped and fell on the stairs of her apartment building. We negotiated settlement with the apartments insurer for the amount of $116,000


Motor Vehicle Accident

Our client sustained soft tissue injuries to his shoulders, neck and back. His lower back in particular continued to bother him two years post MVA. We settled with ICBC for the amount of $112,000


Motor Vehicle Accident

Our client sustained injury to her ribs, shoulders, neck, and left elbow. The injuries to her shoulder caused tension headaches on a regular basis. With the exception of her neck pain, our clients injuries had mostly resolved by the time of settlement. We negotiated a settlement award with ICBC of $90,000
